Roles and Responsibilities Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English). To be able to speak to clients and write mails, chat without errors.
- Performs installation, customization and maintenance of the operating system and system software products in support of business processing requirements. Server & windows patching. Strong knowledge of System Administration and Operating Systems (Windows & Mac)
- Day- to – Day Desktop troubleshooting skills, outlook issues, user profiles migration, quickbooks install Firewall, Firewalls Rules, Nat Rules, VPN, Configuration of switches/Routers, Firewalls
- Good knowledge in O365, Azure AD, M365 Defeneder, Exchange, Hybrid environment, Cloud security, Powershell scripting
- Good knowledge in servers, AD, GPU, Event logs, Server Migration, FSMO 3cx phone system, Rules, Trunks, Sbc, call flow, Phone Provisioning
- Cloud Technologies – Azure & AWS
- Preferred Tools- Connectwise Automate/manage, sophos Firewall, Microsoft 365, 3CX
