We keep specific pricing off the website because every business is different — your pricing depends on the number of endpoints, server complexity, and which services you need. We're always transparent about what you're paying for. Request a quote and we'll get you a clear, itemized proposal with no surprises.
+ Are there long-term contracts?
We offer both monthly and annual agreements. Annual plans come with better per-endpoint pricing. We believe in earning your business every month — if you're not happy, we want to know about it and fix it. Most of our clients have been with us for years, which we think speaks for itself.

+ How do I get support when something breaks?
You can reach our team by phone, email, or through our client portal powered by ConnectWise Manage. We aim to respond to all tickets within 42 minutes on average. For 24×7 Premium clients, we're available any time — nights, weekends, holidays. For 8×5 Standard, support is available during business hours with after-hours escalation for critical outages.
+ Do you provide on-site support or just remote?
Both. The majority of issues are resolved remotely using ConnectWise Control, which means faster response times and no waiting for a technician to drive over. When hands-on work is needed — hardware installs, network cabling, server room work — we dispatch a technician to your San Diego location.
+ How quickly do you respond to issues?
Our average response time is under 42 minutes. Critical issues — network down, security breach, server failure — are escalated immediately and treated as emergencies. We use ConnectWise Manage to track every ticket so nothing falls through the cracks, and you can always check the status of your requests through the client portal.

+ How do I get started with CyferTech?

+ What does onboarding look like?
Onboarding typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on the size of your environment. We deploy our monitoring and management tools (ConnectWise Automate), install endpoint protection (Sophos), document your network, and establish helpdesk workflows. You'll have a dedicated point of contact throughout the process and receive a full environment report when we're done.
+ Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes, we do this regularly. We handle the transition professionally — there's no need for you to manage the handoff. We request necessary documentation, credentials, and access from your outgoing provider, conduct our own discovery, and ensure continuity throughout the switchover. Most clients are surprised at how smooth the process is.
