During her tenure as an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks, Brittany led impactful community engagement initiatives across multiple locations. Notably, she spearheaded the creation of a local community garden and organized weekly Family Friday events, which not only significantly boosted sales but also enriched the local community. Her commitment to personal and professional growth propelled her ascent from Account Coordinator to Customer Success Team Lead to Customer Success Operations Manager at Airspace, a C Suite company, within two years.
