Bob's impressive career includes more than 38 years at AT&T, followed by a tenure at IBM and a contract role back at AT&T through Tech Mahindra. His deep understanding of IT infrastructure and management has been honed through extensive hands-on experience and leadership in some of the most demanding environments.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. His certifications span a wide range of areas including Implementing and Supporting Microsoft Workstation and Server, Internetworking with Microsoft TCP/IP on Windows Server, and Networking Essentials. Additionally, he is a Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet and a Microsoft Certified System Engineer, with specialized knowledge in supporting Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS). Bob also holds certifications in administering and programming Microsoft SQL Server databases, designing and implementing OLAP solutions, and interconnecting Cisco network devices.

Over his career, Bob has amassed more than 30 years of experience specifically related to IT departments. His expertise includes Windows Workstation and End-User Support, Windows Server Support, Project Management, and Data Management/Reporting.
